All Things Green is a landscape company based in southern Maine that has been family-owned since its establishment in 2008. The company's founders, Micaela Greco and Michael Sterris, both hold a horticulture major from SMCC.

After graduation, Michael gained extensive experience working at several golf courses in Cumberland County. Michael leads the Turf Maintenance division of the company, where his knowledge of golf course maintenance and his meticulous nature and work ethic are evident in his work.

Micaela's passion for landscaping started at the age of 16 when she began her first apprenticeship working on Isleboro, an island just off the coast of Maine. In the decades that followed, she honed her skills, gaining extensive knowledge of plants and garden designs, learning from some of the most respected and highly sought after landscapers in Southern Maine. Micaela's focus is on landscape design, garden installation/maintenance, and client relations.

As full-time employees, both Micaela and Michael take great pride in being present at the various job sites. They value open communication and take the time to listen to their clients' needs and goals for each ongoing project.
